Team Incentives

As a member of the Synergy Prosperity Alliance, you will have the opportunity to truly experience prosperity in many ways.

While the majority of the prosperity we receive from a Platinum One Destinations business is not materially related, you will have the opportunity to experience shared prosperity in the form of tangible rewards through our exclusive Synergy Prosperity Alliance team incentives. You can also choose to have the Synergy Prosperity team donate an amount equivalent to your earning incentive to a charity of your choice.

These incentives are offered personally by Carol Ann Martin as an independent affiliate of Synergy Marketing Group (SMG) and Platinum One Destinations (P1D) to her top producers.  Please note that these incentives are completely independent of SMG and P1D corporate and are NOT associated with or offered by the SMG or P1D corporate entitites.

Ongoing Qualification Sale Incentive Program:

We know that if you follow your simple step-by-step SMG 90-day game plan, you will get the momentum needed to propel your business forward and make sales. Therefore, the SPA team has an incentive program to motivate team members to stick to their monthly and weekly targets. Carol Ann Martin will place people joining the business through her under team members who are actively working their business to help them with one out of their two required qualification sales.

Here’s how it works…

  • TMP report must be sent in no later than Saturday at noon each week to Carol Ann
  • Complete a minimum of five 3-way calls per week with Carol Ann - either in the forums, or individually, or with another leader in the team forum calls.
  • Participate in the SPA team forum calls or events at least 3 times per week
  • Participate in the WBE webcast events at least two out of the three per week

MA’s who are actively working their business within the team as described above will be given priority for qualification sales based on their date of joining.  MA’s must have a full commitment to their weekly and monthly goals as established with Carol Ann in the 90-day game plan. No guarantees are made as to available sales each month or what level the sale will be.

Earning Level Incentives:

Here is what you will receive when you have achieved the following income earnings levels in your Platinum One Destinations business, within the Synergy Prosperity Alliance team:

1,000,000 Earner:

Choice of one of the following vehicles in preferred color, paid in full up to $30,000 in value.  Vehicle will be delivered to your home with a big huge bow and publisher’s clearing house-style event & party with your Synergy Prosperity teammates, friends and family, catered at your home:

mercedes Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 or equivalent

Honda CRV Honda CR-V EX-L with navigation system, or equivalent

500,000 Earner:

 rolex Rolex Watch - Choice of model up to $10,000

Choice of style, color and model Rolex Watch valued up to $10,000. Paid in full and delivered to your home with a big bow. Congratulations party catered in your local area.

250,000 Earner:

Choice of either a 7-10 day cruise or all-inclusive vacation for up to 4 people, valued up to $5,000 at a Platinum One Destination of choice.

Cruise 7-10 Day cruise of choice from the P1D Membership for up to 4 people

Vacation All-Inclusive vacation from P1D membership for up to 4 people

100,000 Earner:

Private direct sales coaching with choice of coach, up to $2,000 in value. Choose from industry experts such as Jeffrey Combs, Erica Combs, Ellie Drake, Nitsa Nakos, and more.

Criteria for team incentives:

  • All earning levels require Platinum Executive Leader (EL) status, except $50,000 earning level.
  • $50,000 earning level requires either Gold or Platinum EMA status.
  • All earning levels require a minimum of 25% of the quantity of sales at gold or platinum.
  • Both personal direct sales and training sales to Carol Ann qualify for the criteria.
  • Carol Ann Martin reserves the right to substitute incentives with products and/or services of equivalent or close-in-value at time of award.
  • Million dollar producers agree to filming and recording of award event. All recipients at any level agree to provide and allow for usage of personal photos, videos, and written testimonies in any publication or form of media used by Carol Ann Martin to promote the success of the team.
  • Recipients of awards are responsible for all associated taxes and required federal, state, and county tax reporting required as a result of receiving these incentives.
  • Incentives will be distributed within 60-90 days of all sales transactions fully processed and upon full documentation and review of all criteria as provided by the team member and the corporate database.
  • Incentives available to team members in Carol Ann Martin’s direct downline only (Carol Ann’s personal direct sales). This includes individuals who become part of Carol Ann’s downline from training sale transactions from Carol Ann’s team members in the process of qualifying for EMA status.
